Fees

Please email me for my current fees. I accept checks, cash, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. I do not accept insurance. I do not diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions, which is typically required for insurance coverage. Unfortunately, our healthcare system has strict restrictions on what types of care are covered under insurance. I am happy to provide you with a standard invoice but I am not legally able to provide you with a healthcare superbill.

NOTE for SE™ Students: I am approved to provide Personal Sessions at the Beginning and Intermediate Levels for credit toward your certification. Please let me know if you are a scholarship student.

Cancellation Policy

Your regular appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because I work with clients who benefit most from somatic practices with consistency over a longer period of time, I reserve individual appointment sessions for each client. This means I simply cannot "fill in these empty spaces" when there is a cancellation. I will do my best to offer a reschedule if either one of us has a change based on my availability. Please inquire about online sessions if you need to cancel an in person appointment. These policies help me safeguard our time and consistency.

Please read the 48-hour cancellation policy carefully:

If the session is cancelled:
• Within 48 hours or more - There is no charge.
• Less than 48 hours - The client will be charged 100% of the session fee

• No Show - The client will be charged 100% of the session fee

If you are traveling, ill, or otherwise can’t make it to an in-person session, virtual sessions may also be an option. You are welcome to explore reschedule options based on availability. Payment is due at the time of your regularly scheduled session. If I am not able to attend a session, you will NOT be charged the fee.
